Real Life

Grow

It’s a tradition for many people. Each spring, we plant pots of multi-colored flowers to adorn our patios, decks, and porches—and they are beautiful. For a few weeks we tend, water, and prune them. But then, we get busy, or go on vacation, or just forget about them. And they shrivel up. This is how many of us treat our spiritual garden—tending it for a while and then just letting it dry up. This is not what God wants for us. He wants us to thrive, to grow, to be rooted in Him.

When you pursue a relationship with Jesus, you must tend and water your spiritual garden. You need to seek out the resources and put in the time necessary in order to grow. The following list several places you can connect to help you grow and flourish in your relationship with Jesus.
